WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven Track Record in Talent Acquisition with a minimum of. 3 years of experience within a corporate environment
• Ability to initiate and drive projects in Talent Acquisition
• Excellent communication skills in English, verbal and written
• Energetic, positive, Hands-on mentality & can-do attitude
• Flexibility & adaptability with a high degree of emotional intelligence

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be a strong part of our Global HR Team and lift our Talent Acquisition activities across our locations in UK and Germany to the next level
• Drive and evolve our end-to-end recruiting process for our open positions
• Define the needs with the hiring managers and develop a recruiting strategy to find and hire the best suitable candidates
• As the first contact with candidates, be the voice and the ambassador of our company, its culture, and values
• As a trusted Recruitment Business Partner you give advice and share Best Practices within our team and to our Hiring Manage
• Initiate and participate in team projects to further improve and develop the talent acquisition processes
