The locations for this placement will be UK wide with the first placement being based at one of our sites in Milton Keynes (Tilbrook or Marston Gate).

The role will offer a salary of £27,500 per annum, 25 days holiday, Everyone Benefits discounts & savings, Pension, critical illness, We Care employee assistance programme. Start date would be 4 September 2023.

You will gain practical responsibility from the first phase of the 2 year Programme:
Year 1: Contract Logistics
6 Months - Warehousing Placement
6 Months - Transport Placement

Year 2: Option of the following placements
6 months - International Freight Forwarding
6 months – Healthcare
3 months - Continuous Improvement
3 months - Solution Design
3 months – Supply Chain Solutions

You will also be supported with formal and on the job training and be matched to a Mentor and Buddy.

Key Requirements

• Applicants must achieve 2:2 Logistics degree (NOVUS or NOVUS Lite ideally) or business degree, anticipated graduation date of summer 2022. Start date Sept 22.
• Passion and motivation to start and develop a career within the Logistics & Supply Chain industry in the UK market
• Willing to take on responsibility from day one
• Flexible in approach to working styles, shifts, roles and locations across the UK
• Must hold a valid UK driving licence at the start of the Programme
• Eligibility to work in the UK with no restrictions
• Must be fluent in English
• Confident communicator
• Demonstrate Yusen Values
