What you'll be doing:
Own it: We'll teach you what it means to master our menus. You will inspire and engage your Team by creating a culture of teamwork and support, inspiring excellence, and setting the tone for the YO! experience

Care About It: You will have responsibility and accountability for food quality, health and safety within the kitchen, timeliness of food, up to date training, policies and procedures within the kitchen and be responsible for all professional development of staff when it comes to kitchen training
