In the role of Compliance Monitoring Manager you’ll join our Compliance department's leadership team and play a key role in the development and management of Compliance Associates, whilst driving improvements in the design and delivery of compliance monitoring activities.

Our people are our heart and soul; we’re commercial and caring, big enough to offer you a challenge and small enough for you to make a real impact. We’re devoted to putting people first and doing the right thing by providing real help with real life for our customers and colleagues.

Our passion for doing the right thing by being inclusive has led to us being named Financial Services Company of the Year, at the National Centre for Diversity (NCFD) FREDIE Awards 2022 for the second year running. • You demonstrate a growth mindset and seek to continuously develop.

About You

You'll be responsible for:

  • Planning, designing and delivering risk-based compliance activities through the effective and efficient allocation and management of resource.

  • Leading and inspiring a team of Compliance Associates, focussing on personal accountability for development and the delivery of commercially aware and timely compliance activities.

  • Promoting a culture of openness, and, knowledge sharing across the wider team.

  • Take a proactive and risk-based lead in the update and development of departmental operating policies and procedures to drive improvements whilst delivering sustainable commercial objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support the design, development and delivery of high-quality compliance monitoring activities, including the effective prioritisation of workloads to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
