Our expectations from you:

· at least 1 year experience in seafood industry preferred

· knowledge of fish identification

. Food Safety / Health & Safety certified preferred but not essential

· Basic communication skills

· Good time management, punctual and reliable

· Able to work and cope under pressure

· Able to work independently as well as in a team

· Great attention to detail with good organizational skills

· Knowledge of qualities, specs and prep

· Keen to learn and develop

. FS / HS training will be carried out inhouse

· Able to follow instructions and requests

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: From £28,000.00 per year

COVID-19 considerations:
Twice weekly testing, surfaces regularly cleaned and sanitised, daily temperature checks.
