About The Role
Our Installation team are looking for individuals to create award-winning, positive experiences for our customers.
We’re looking for fantastic communicators, with a bubbly, friendly and professional telephone manner, whilst having a great attention to detail to ensure our customers kitchen delivery and installation preparation is as smooth as possible, ready for their dream kitchen installation to begin, as planned.
The service you provide to our customers as well as our Wren Approved Installers and Showrooms is key to our success, and brand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Taking ownership and proactively resolving customer and Wren Approved Installer queries through various channels of communication to provide the best resolution
- Assist retail showrooms with any queries relating to the systems or processes
- Identify and report on any processes that could be improved upon to enhance customer experience
- Demonstrate empathy and clear understanding when liaising with customers
- Build and maintain relationships with external contractors and a range of internal key stakeholders in the business
In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.

About You
Essential Skills and Knowledge:
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise your workload
- Sales and Negotiation experience would be an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Effective listening skills
- Ability to problem solve
