Warehouse Operative / Order Picker

We are recruiting in partnership with Red Rock Partnership Ltd for Picking/Packing Operatives on a temporary to perm basis, we have taken over 75 permanent people from our current agency workforce in the last 12 months. There truly is opportunity for permanent long term employment.

Working within a fast paced warehouse environment, successful candidates will be required to carry out the following duties:

• Pick orders according to quantity and size ensuring accuracy at all times. Transfer the picked goods to the packing area to be packed ready for distribution.
• Pack customer orders in an efficient manner, ensuring daily targets are met.
• Ensure that all products are labelled correctly, creating DPD labels for shipment, ensuring correct number of labels have been applied to the shippers.
• Handle all goods with due care and attention, ensuring that the products are free from damage and picked and packed accurately, in line with the customer order sheet.
• To complete all other warehouse duties required in this role.

Working Continental 12 hour shifts, 3 days on 3 days off. 12 hour shifts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £12.29 per hour
