General Manager

Woody's is an independent riverside bar in Kingston. Known for cocktails, craft beers and good times served up alongside our exciting new 'Vegan Junkyard Menu'

We are seeking a GM to take this successful bar forward.

You must be passionate about cocktails and craft beer and have excellent customer service skills and the ability to lead the team in an enjoyable way.

Woody's relaxes a little during the winter months, but with a huge riverside area, the spring / summer months are a sight to be seen (and get prepared for) so experience of running a busy team is essential.

You will obviously need to be organised and disciplined and used to all relevant day to day management duties including due diligence and management of the kitchen, but are at your happiest front and centre making sure the customers are happy.

You must be enthusiastic, with an ability to come up with fresh ideas to take the bar forward along with the desire to deliver the best food & drinks served by the best team in town.

Salary: £32,000.00-£38,000.00 per year
