  • Organising the logistics of our online and classroom-based training events
  • Booking venues within specified budget and location
  • Compiling training agendas, invitations, attendance confirmations and accommodation requests

  • Support the wider HR team with general administration, when required

Who we’re looking for:

  • We’re looking for a people focussed, detail orientated, HR candidate who is confident in working autonomously and as part of a team, in addition to:

  • Previous HR, Talent Acquisition or In-house recruitment experience relevant to the role and our industry is essential for the role

  • Manage priorities and deadlines to balance both elements of the role
  • Knowledge and experience of Employment Law, in particular the Equality Act 2010

  • Effective time management skills, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical skill with the ability to be able to problem solve
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and other HR or Recruitment software

In return we offer
