Wiseman Consulting Ltd is working with a leading regional firm based in Stourbridge to find a new Commercial Property Paralegal for their thriving department.

Our client is a large regional law firm seeking an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join their Real Estate department based in Stourbridge, Worcestershire. Their team of highly experienced legal professionals have a deep understanding of their respective fields, providing a range of services to clients in commercial property, corporate, and other related areas of law.

The Role

Wiseman Consulting Ltd are seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal with at least 6 months experience in Commercial Property or Real Estate to join our client. Candidates with experience in Residential Development are also welcome to apply and transfer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial property and be able to assist with the drafting of leases, licences, and contracts, and provide general support to the team. Experience with property finance matters would be an advantage.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with the drafting of leases, licences, and contracts
• To assist, conduct and manage various Commercial Property transactions, including sales, purchases, and re-mortgages with registered, unregistered, leasehold and freehold properties.
• Managing files and liaising with clients and other professionals
• Conducting legal research and draft, review, amend and issue legal documents

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to work. They should also be able to work well within a team and have a willingness to learn and develop their skills.

Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of commercial property law
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and case management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
