WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT – WING YIP CRICKLEWOOD

We are offering a fantastic opportunity to join the market leader for oriental produce in the country, currently employing over 300 staff across 4 different locations. Here at Cricklewood, we are recruiting for a warehouse assistant, offering a starting rate of £9.91. We have a friendly, diverse team which has created a supportive work environment for all staff. You will be working in a busy, fast paced customer facing environment so a positive attitude and good work ethic is essential.

Within the role, we are looking for candidates who have:

- Previous warehouse experience, however full training will be provided.

- Good communication skills, a polite manner, and attention to detail.

- Active self-motivation, and a drive for continuous improvement

Responsibilities:

- To replenish, rotate and check stock.

- To assist with customer queries.

- To keep the warehouse areas clean and tidy.

- To pick delivery orders.

- To assist with compliance checks when required.

- To work safely and ensure that all company heath and safety procedures are
followed.

- To ensure that all company food safety procedures are followed.

- To preform any other reasonable task asked by management, including working in other departments when required.

This role involves heavy lifting (up to 25kg)

This role is full time and is 5 days per week (may include weekends) 9.15am - 7.00pm. This includes an unpaid one hour lunch and 30 minute afternoon break.
