Warehouse Assistant/Packer

We're looking for an addition to our small, team at Wine Boxes ETC

At WBE, we sell various reclaimed items, such as ex whiskey + wine barrels, apple crates and of course, wine boxes.

This vacancy is for a part time, 24hr week divided into 4 shifts, weekdays, 10:00-16:00 with one Saturday a month until September 2023.

Pay is £12/hr, and paid on a monthly basis.

This role is very physically demanding, having a good general fitness and the ability to handle heavy items throughout the day is essential.

The main duties of this role are:

Picking and packing items for dispatch

Assisting customers in the warehouse

Keeping the warehouse tidy and safe

The ideal candidate will have the following skills and characteristics:

Good general fitness is required since this is a very physically demanding job

Happy working in a small team

Independent

Friendly

Previous experience in customer service desirable, but not required

Overtime will be available during busy periods.

There is opportunity to progress to a full time permanent position after the contract is complete.

Due to the rural location of the business, having your own method of transport is essential.
