Care Assistant

Weekday and Weekend work times ranging between 7am starts and 10pm finishes.
We can offer flexible hours to suit your needs.
All we require is that you can cover some shifts every other weekend.
Any hours you can do Between 07:00am – 21:00pm whether you are looking for 5 hours a week or 30 hours a week. We can help you, come and talk to us - we are friendly.
If you have experience or not, we will support you all the way.

Our staff are highly valued by Windrush and their clients, therefore we pay:

• An Hourly wage with no gimmicks
• £11.55 per hour for calls in Week + Bank Holiday enhancement
• £13.55 per hour for all calls on Weekend.
• You will also get 40p per mile for every mile from your house and back.

What’s actually involved as a home care assistant at Windrush Care?

• Companionship visits
• Assistance with personal care tasks
• Overseeing medication and ensuring our clients are safe with their medication
• Assisting with housework, gardening or even walking the dog!
• Preparing and cooking meals and drinks
• Helping with errands such as food shopping, posting letters or picking up prescriptions.
