The role:

· Working as a 2-person delivery team delivering furniture products to customers’ homes

· Calling customers ahead of time to advise of ETA and carry out pre delivery assessments

· Accurately record delivery outcomes on to Flexi Pod system

· Complete risk assessments on arrival to customer property checking for potential hazards

· Constructing items in customers' homes in line with contract guidelines including removal of waste packaging and returning it to the depot for appropriate disposal

· Communicating with clients and head office to advise of any difficulties during delivery or installation

· Providing a first-class customer service experience at all times

The Person:

· This is a physically demanding role including lifting and shifting – essential that you are physically able to lift items

· Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential

· Previous experience in assembly and fitting is desirable but not essential

· Time management skills and comfortable in working to deadlines

· Ability to multitask and problem solve

· DBS security check will be completed on the successful candidate
