Security Officer

We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as a Corporate Security Officer at one of our clients based in London. The client is an innovator and world leader in the Tech sector. They are also an integral company within a well known multinational technology conglomerate, headquartered in California. As a Security Officer at this site, you will have the responsibility for protecting all client premises, as well as providing a safe and welcoming environment for all persons. As a member of the security team, you will maintain a security and customer service presence in a visible, friendly, and flexible manner always. Customer service is a core concept to this security function and hospitality, or concierge service skills would be welcomed. In addition to playing a key role as an effective security team member, you will work closely with Team Leaders to achieve day to day security objectives, within the contract operation and help to create a truly world class security team, achieving unparalleled services.

You will need to possess the ability in managing staff, visitor and contractor needs; whilst utilising client IT and badging applications. Provision of all services will be undertaken whilst adhering to client confidentiality protocols.

Essential Skills

• SIA Licence or SIA Door Supervisor is desirable
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Badging, permit admin and patrol experience
