Position Overview & Specifications
- Key client contact – you will be responsibility for achieving both our contractual commitments to the client through high levels of interaction, understanding and client service.
- There will be multiple clients to work with – probably 6-8 at different stages of development, all looking to grow.
- Controlling budget spend for production and marketing.
- Achieving the sales targets that we have set as a team.
- Reporting to clients on all critical success factors and reconciling royalty payments to them.
- Working to form, support and direct a virtual team made up of subject matter experts with the organisation and any external partners who we need to work with to deliver. This will include the service delivery and content teams, digital production and sales and marketing teams.
- Working with colleagues to develop your skills, learn from each other and look to have the most innovative and successful approach you can for each client.
- To be the key organiser of all operational delivery for the client. Ensuring that there is a tight plan with milestones and quality checks for delivery of the initial content to market and the development of both the sales approach, the marketing activity to support it and the ongoing development of the client’s content and relationship

- Experience in a content development, publishing, or business services environment – working with multiple clients to tight production deadlines and sales targets.
