Position Overview & Specifications
We are looking for a committed and passionate Behaviour Lead to work within our large pastoral team at West Exe School. You will be a key part of large team working with our students to ensure that their behaviour and mindset are exactly where we need them to be in order for them to succeed. As Behaviour Lead, you will work closely with our Senior Leaders in charge of inclusion and you will be expected to help support excellent behaviour around the school through on-call walks, lunchtime duties and being on school gate with Senior Leaders greeting students each morning. You will help initiate and provide further interventions for students who are struggling to meet the high expectations we place upon them. Above all else you must passionately believe that every child should have the opportunity to attend University when they leave us.
