Trainee Vehicle Sales Executive

Wessex Garages are currently looking to recruit Trainee Car Sales Executive for our Nissan branch in Bristol. You will not only be responsible for selling vehicles, but will be selling and promoting Finance, Insurance products and Paint Protection.

Job Specification

As a Trainee Sales Executive you will support our customers throughout their buying journey – from their first point of contact with us to the moment they take delivery of their new car. Whilst completing our industry leading training and development programme you will learn how to meet and greet customers, prospect and appoint leads; and fully qualify customer needs before learning how to professionally sell vehicles and peripheral products in line with industry regulation.

Person Specification

Existing and potential customers are at the heart of everything we do, therefore you will be a customer focused individual that possesses a passion for delivering exceptional customer care. Naturally organised and able to process detailed information, you will keep your product knowledge up to date and relevant and be motivated to achieve in a results-focused environment. Previous sales experience is non-essential, however you will possess a positive attitude and be determined to achieve full sales executive status and make a success of your career in sales.

You will have an outstanding work ethic, be able to lead from the front, inspire your colleagues to 'raise the bar' and exceed their full potential whilst driving Sales and add-on performance forward.

Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills are essential along with experience of working as part of a team with shared objectives and personal performance goals.
