Established for over 40 years and now one of the North West’s leading Engineering companies, WEC Group is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Graduate Software Developer to join our busy and expanding team based in Darwen.

As a Graduate Trainee within our highly experienced team, you will be problem solving whilst learning new technical and programming skills together with understanding business processes on a daily basis.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience
- Achieved a relevant degree such as: Computer Science, Software Engineering or Computing.
- A keen interest in all aspects of IT, including Programming/Databases and PCs.
- Previous software development exposure, preferably MS Access VBA and or MS SQL.
- Experience using Microsoft packages; Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- A good communicator at all levels, confident in assisting colleagues of all technical ability.
- Knowledge of Windows Server/SQL Server preferable but not essential.
Working Location/Environment
Darwen, Lancashire
Working Hours:
Monday- Friday 8:30am- 5pm (40 hrs)
