What is the role?

• Work as a member of the consulting team to manage business requirements
• Be the primary touch point to ensure client satisfaction
• Document requirements as user stories and acceptance criteria and manage the product for client projects
• Carry out high level and detailed sprint planning sessions with the development team
• Develop an expert understanding of the Wealth Dynamix and Microsoft Dynamics products
• Define, execute, and manage test phases to ensure quality
• Run client facing sessions, including sprint playbacks, UAT sessions and go-live support where required
• Help support existing customers by providing expert product knowledge and advice
• Liaise with members of the delivery and development teams to ensure core product development processes are followed
• On occasion will be required to work from Wealth Dynamix offices/customer premises in London

Who is best suited to this role?

• You will have an interest in the FinTech and Wealth Management industry.
• You have externally facing (web based) portal application delivery experience
• A people person, able to build a strong team ethos, motivate and get the best out of individuals
• A proactive, pragmatic ‘how can we make it happen’ mind-set
• Ability to manage multiple projects / work streams in a dynamic environment
• Structured and organised in a way that permeates through the Program. Strong judge of the right level of detail needed to optimise progress
• Develop and maintain key relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders at a senior level
• Commercial acumen
• Self-starter, works independently of direction, setting an example to the project team
• Presentation -manage a high standard of operation and documentation within the Program, presenting Program information professionally and thoughtfully
• Critical thinking-excellent problem solving and critical thinking- works beyond the noise to keep the Program well informed and progressing efficiently
