Steel Erector

Family-run fabrication and installation business covering regions within the South-East of England and London requires site insatllation operative.

The ideal candidate will be able to work as part of a team or on their own initiative depending on the job.

Experience in installing structural steel essential. Experience in bridge repair work and onsite welding would be an advantage.
The majority of work will be on the railway infrastructure.

Full clean driving licence required

CSCS (Blue card preferred)
PTS

Experience in stick welding preferred.

Other qualification(s)that would be an advantage but not essential;

• IPAF
• PASMA
• Harness Training
• slinger / signaller

All tools will be supplied

The ideal candidate needs to be back able to commute to the yard premises in New Romney, Kent. A van will be supplied to site.

Salary: Competitive. Dependent on experience, rates to be discussed at interview stage
