Position: Aluminium Fabricator (Bi-folds)

Location: Liverpool, Bootle

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours of work: Monday - Friday 08:30 to 17:00

Salary from: £22,880 per annum (Negotiable on exper. )

Warwick Development (North West) Ltd was established in 1998 and has since then positioned itself as Liverpool’s premier trade frame supplier of windows and doors including bi fold doors across Merseyside, Wirral and North Wales.

Due to the increase in demand for our product range, we currently have vacancies within our Aluminium Bi-foldsFrame department and require Aluminium Fabricators who have experience in the frame fabrication of Windows, Bi-Folding Doors & Sliding Patios.

Responsibilities

You will already have practical skills and experience of using tools for example , drivers, socket drivers, adhesive, cutting machinery, chisels to complete making frames.

· Fabrication of Ally bi-fold doors (fixings, gears, mechanisms)

· Final assembly and construction of Ally frames, (hanging, handles, hinges)

· Able to read and understand order form information and verify the parts required prior to assembly frame components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications

· Double-check on the details and can finish frames to a high standard

· Familiar with the use of air, power and hand tools, instrumentation, and calibration equipment

· Strong Health and safety awareness

· Ideally have strong experience across Quality Control (QC)

Experience and Qualifications

Held Aluminium Bi-fold fabricator role previously for 12/18mths

Experience in similar role and using a variety of hand tools is essential.

There is overtime available week days and Saturday mornings
