Hours: This is a Seasonal Contract, Due to the nature of the business you will work weekends, bank holidays and evenings over the Halloween period

We are currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity to join the Attractions and Events team as a Trebuchet Master. You will be involved in our new Trebuchet show as well as helping the operational side of our other thrilling offerings. Reporting to the Attractions Manager you will assist with the day to day operation of the Warwick Castle Trebuchet and support our attractions Team Leaders for all outdoor shows and entertainment.

Main Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of the Trebuchet Show and island operation on a daily basis.
Ensure a detailed and accurate record of trebuchet operation is completed on time.
Support training for all new Trebuchet Masters and Hosts
Report all near misses and accidents.
Ensure the highest quality of Guest interaction and experience is delivered alongside the show host team.
Be a role model for the team.
