Veterinary Receptionist, Weekends part time, Hampstead

An opportunity has arisen to join the team at our Hampstead hospital as a weekend Client Care Assistant. You will be responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us.

Our front of house teams are the face and voice of our business therefore this role is extremely valued within the hospital team. The candidate needs to be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills. This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same.

The working schedule for this role is 10am-7pm every Saturday.

Your duties include but are not subject to;

• · Liaising with clients and the clinical team to ensure effective customer service
• · Completing various administration duties for the clinical team and the business
• · Promoting our fantastic Healthcare Plan
• · Meeting and greeting clients with an effortless smile
• · Booking appointments & diary management
• · Managing telephone and email enquiries
• · Taking payment for services and products
• · Managing cash, stock and client accounts
• · Opening and closing the practice
