Job description

Due to the rapid growth of our company, we are looking to bring in 5 new ambitious individuals to join our great team, and help drive our company to the next level! The right candidates must have a desire to improve their skills set, from communication to teamwork, to become highly valued members of our team

As Events Staff, it starts with you discovering customers’ needs, with the support of your team, you match those needs with the right products or services.

Main Responsibilities of an Events Staff:

  • You’ll become highly skilled at speaking with and understanding all different types of customers. Not only are you the first person customers will meet but you’ll be the person who guides them — advising, selling, and even setting them up with new products.
  • You will be representing our clients in a professional manner and ensuring to always represent them in the best light.
  • We specialise in promotional events, your job will be to attend and oversee different events on our campaigns.

  • You will be eager to learn, consistently throughout the job.
  • Ability to provide a high standard of customer service with each interaction.
  • To be invigorated by constant personal interaction.
  • Strong communication skills: being able to converse freely and comfortably with small groups as with individual customers.
  • Have the ability to thrive and perform in a fast paced environment.
