Multi Drop Drivers Wanted – Manchester

Velocity Delivery Services Ltd, a leading provider of delivery and transport solutions to major retailers, is currently looking for hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team of reliable, self-employed multi-drop drivers.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Up to 6 shifts a week – Daytime hours – 9hr route plans – Weekly pay
• £145.25-169.9 a day + VAT
• Up to £24 a day performance bonus
• Paid mileage on route
• Paid training provided

Due to rapid growth and expansion, we are actively seeking candidates to work from our depot on a self-employed basis. We are looking to build lasting relationships with all of our drivers by providing a permanent reliable sole income with a great work/ life balance.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Our drivers are independent thinkers who work well on their own initiative as well as part of a team. The perfect candidate will have an exceptional attitude towards customer service and pay attention to detail to ensure deliveries are completed on time and in line with company standards.

You will need a flexible approach to working hours and be prepared to work weekends on a rota basis.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS

• UK/ EU driving license for a minimum of 2 years
• No more than 6 driving penalty points
• Agreement to a full CRB check.
• Ability to pass drug & alcohol swab test.
• Eligibility to work in the UK

DELIVERY VEHICLE

Owner van drivers must have access to a Transit-sized van or larger with a valid MOT and relevant insurances (Couriers Insurance for Hire and Reward, Goods in Transit, Public Liability).

Velocity Delivery Services have links to industry-leading courier rental companies that offer fully compliant vehicles with the relevant insurances.

HOW TO APPLY

They will book you onto a face-to-face induction session where you can come in and meet us over tea or coffee, make a start on your paperwork, and provide a toxicology sample.
