Composite Boat Builder

Experienced Composite Boat Builders needed to join the team at Vantage Composites.

With several months of orders, we are expanding the team.

We build composite boats and components from carbon fibre and epoxy. Resin infusion, pre-preg and hand layup.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with/can:

At least 4 years of experience on carbon fibre boats, components or similar. Must be epoxy pre-preg or infused.
Ability to read drawings.
Skills to build moulds and prep for laminating.
Laminate hulls, decks, components and structure.
Fit and install these components accurately.
A very high level of attention to detail and quality.
Be responsible and take pride in your work.
Work individually or part of a team.

Rate is dependent on experience but typical.

Some lifting will be required.

PPE will be provided when needed.

Contractors will be expected to arrive with tools to carry out the job.

Location BH16 6LS

Typical hours 7.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Extra hours usually available.

Job Types: Full-time, Temporary contract, Temp to perm

Salary: £14.00-£20.00 per hour
