Support Technician

We are currently looking to extend our busy technical department and recruit a Support Technician to join our team.

Based in our Manchester Officer, you will be working at the centre of our technology department with exposure to some of the most advanced equipment currently available to market with opportunities to learn and progress with the business.

Duties will include:

• managing a large estate of devices
• providing remote support to users
• building and enrolling devices to operate within the estate
• supporting LAN/WAN and local hotspot devices
• monitoring the dynamic status of our tech-based remote systems
• carrying out basic remote diagnostics and systems checks
• entering details into our asset management and maintenance database
• raising work-orders
• supporting the new projects team

Ideally suited to an individual with a keen technical interest. We will provide full in-house training enabling a full understanding of the wide range of systems and technology in use.
