We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing a fantastic service and interested in developing a broad set of skills and knowledge through handling a varied workload including supporting the section in dealing with a wide range of student and staff enquiries.
If you have a background in customer service, looking for a new opportunity, and want to make a real difference to the lives of our students, we would be keen to hear from you.
You will support the work of the International Student Support, Advice and Compliance team, and will be a key member of the team enabling us to deliver excellent service to our students. The role includes supporting the team through a range of duties and tasks, including administrative support and being the initial point of contact for student and staff enquiries.
You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in all areas of our section including our work on visa compliance, supporting students through the student visa application process and assisting in a wide range of immigration related enquiries.
We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and commitment to supporting our students and someone with a can-do attitude.
You will have excellent communication skills; have cultural awareness and sensitivity, be flexible and experienced in using your own initiative to find appropriate solutions whilst working within a fast-paced environment.
