The Support Desk Operator is a key position, based within the Estates Department and working with colleagues across the University to deliver a high quality service to staff, students and the wider community. The post holder will work as part of the Estates Business Support Team predominantly operating the support desk within the Estates department. The support desk receives requests for the upkeep and maintenance of University buildings across all campuses.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the University's growing Business Support Team and become part of a team with a genuine commitment towards continual service improvement, ideally focussed around the customer experience to enhance the ‘staff and student experience’. The post holder will be an effective team member, with an enthusiastic and flexible approach and have the ability to work under pressure to tight timescales.
