Enquiries Officer

About the role

In this role, you will be the lead contact for enquiries in the Admissions and Applicant experience team, working closely with the Head of Admissions and Applicant Experience. You will be responsible for the delivery of a smooth running enquiry service, ensuring that enquiry activity is logged and measured. This will include making sure that incoming enquiries are handled promptly and in a customer focused manner by the team. You will also be responsible for ensuring that outgoing activity is conducted in line with the communications schedule.

About you

Educated to degree level or equivalent and with relevant experience in a comparable customer-focused setting, you will have experience of managing others, either in a supervisory or coaching/training capacity. Alongside your excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have a commitment to providing, maintaining and driving high customer service standards.
