Position Overview & Specifications
Cambridge University Library is seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated person in the role of Document Delivery Librarian. They will have management responsibility for providing document delivery services across Cambridge University Libraries.
They will continue to develop the existing services and work collaboratively with system suppliers, library systems teams and existing document delivery staff across Cambridge to ensure constant improvement and integration.
They will be motivated and have experience of project management and working with others to deliver the goals of the service and setting standards, supported by experience of lending resources in the library sphere.
They will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to analyse library data and present to colleagues through a variety of media, to support strategic direction and collection management.
This is a developing field in Cambridge with an opportunity to make a real impact to the service provision for the Cambridge academic community, and to the wider information landscape.
