Payroll Team Leader

There is no better time to join our payroll division, as we have recently expanded our services and growing our team.

We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as a Payroll Team Leader, who can bring a wealth of payroll experience to join our team of 28 exceptional payroll colleagues.

In several months we will be moving to new light, airy and spacious offices within the Johnson Building on Pride Park, Derby.

Attendance on-site for training will be required, but after successful completion of required training, hybrid working options may be available.

The Pay & Pensions Department provides the in-house Payroll and Pension facility for University Hospitals of Derby & Burton, and 3 other local NHS Trusts, producing around 238,000 payslips per annum, including both weekly and monthly payrolls.

We are looking for a knowledgeable individual who has a great mind for numbers, excellent analytical skills and has previous supervisor experience to manage team members and delegate workloads
