Co-Production Collective is a co-production community where everyone is welcome. Together, we learn, connect and champion co-production to create lasting change. Co-Production Collective, the first co-production support service of its kind nationally, has been co-created from scratch by hundreds of researchers, patients, carers, practitioners, students and others interested in coproduction.

Central to our work is developing innovative approaches to involving a diverse range of people in research, policy and service development work, particularly voices less often heard from or approached to be involved. Co-Production Collective’s work is closely aligned to the increasing focus of government, funders, communities and researchers on co-production as a way of addressing current and future health and social care challenges. We believe that co-production is an approach to working together in equal partnership and for equal benefit. For us, this means living our core values.

We are part of UCL’s Engagement team which sits within the department of Library, Culture, Collections and Open Science. The Engagement team works to support both change within UCL, and with individuals and departments to create a culture of collaboration and conversation between the university and the wider public

About the role

Co-production Collective is hiring! We are looking for people to help us with partnership development and project management of our work.

Co-production Partnerships Manager (Part-time will be considered)

Duties and responsibilities:

Are you interested in co-production, inclusive research, service and policy development? Do you enjoy working with people in a collaborative and inclusive environment? Are you very organised and have good attention to detail? Do you have experience of working on projects and programmes with a wide variety of people and organisations?

Key Requirements

First and foremost, we’re looking for someone who is committed to upholding Co-Production Collective’s core values. These underpin our approach to co-production and guide everything we do. More specifically, we’re looking for someone who is a great organiser, communicator and collaborator, and has a good understanding of accessibility.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference, in an exciting and stimulating environment, and to learn as you go along. We really need your help to keep this work on track and make sure we can continue to grow and develop.
