Position Overview & Specifications

This is a great opportunity to join the UK Committee for UNICEF (UNICEF UK) as a Senior Policy and Advocacy Adviser.

The successful candidate will be the organization’s lead policy expert on climate adaptation. They will set the strategic direction for our advocacy in this area and will work with colleagues from across the organization to deliver compelling and impactful advocacy targeted towards the UK Government.

The ideal candidate will have an expert knowledge of climate adaptation / climate change policy and a strong understanding the role of the UK Government in international climate policy. They will have excellent influencing skills and experience in developing and implementing successful advocacy strategies.
