O2C Sundry and Airline Finance Assistant

**6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT**

Join our TUI Global Business Services Team primarily based in Luton but combined with working from home, to support our small, experienced Order to Cash team through our peak period and during an exciting period of change.

ABOUT THE JOB

• Compiling, preparing and analysing monthly Key Performance Indicators and other regular reporting
• Reviewing and updating process documentation and operating procedures
• Balance sheet reconciliations and follow up actions
• Recharge activity including journals
• Assisting project team with training documentation and requirements for new processes
• Reconciliation of data for migration onto new system, and remedial action where necessary
• Assisting on ad-hoc tasks to support the team though the project phase
• Assisting in project activity particularly in relation to continuous improvement in the function

ABOUT YOU

• You have a methodical, organised approach towards the execution of assigned tasks
• You are an articulate and strong communicator, verbally and in written communications
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
• Have previous experience in accounting and an understanding of accounting processes
• Tenacious and un-afraid to challenge and be challenged
• The ability to use MS Office tools such as Excel, Teams & Outlook
• Comfortable in working as part of a team, but also can work on own initiative and able to take the lead where necessary
