Who we are:

Trullo is a neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Islington which offers a seasonally focused, Italian inspired menu that changes monthly. We are looking for full time waiters who are passionate about fresh produce, wine and the joy of hospitality.

Trullo prides itself on our high standards of service in an informal setting and are looking for individuals who can run a busy section with a flair for service.

Ideally the best candidates will have previous experience working in similar London restaurants.

You Are:

‣ An experienced waiter. You’ve previously worked as a waiter in a similar restaurant environment.

‣You have a natural interest in food and drink. From where it’s sourced, it’s ethos and how you translate that into the customer experience.

‣You have a positive attitude and great communication skills.

‣You have a great attention to detail.

‣You are a team player! We’re looking for people who naturally use their initiative whether it’s going the extra mile for a customer, colleague or different department in need.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Permanent

Salary: Up to £14.00 per hour

Salary: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
