Reception Team Member - 37.5 hours per week/£10 per hour

You are a multitasker with a hands-on approach and take responsibility for the varied duties and tasks assigned to the role, whilst ensuring work is completed consistently, in a timely manner.

What you will be doing
· You are the welcoming face of true ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and a fond farewell
· You will be a key point of contact for our guests - answering questions, dealing with issues or concerns, and responding to complaints.
· Manning the reception desk, including front desk and telephone support, assisting with parcel deliveries and day to day queries.
· Accommodation show arounds and supporting the sales team.
· Supporting the management team to ensure a range of opportunities and events for our guests.
· Assisting with guest check in and check out processes and supporting with termly room inspections
· Managing contractors and visitors and ensuring procedures are followed
· Communication is key. Working with the management team, you will be responsible for managing internal and guest communications
· Team work is important, you will assist with public areas and communal spaces are kept immaculate by cleaning and ensuring spaces are ready for the next day
· You will demonstrate consistent compliance to true operational excellence standards

Mandarin speaking would be advantageous
