Graduate Marketing Assistant

Established in 1989, Triton Building Restoration has gained a reputation for setting exceptional standards within the industry. With a strong client base, we undertake restoration work on Grade I and II listed buildings which hold both architectural and historical significance. Recent restoration projects have included The Old War Office, The Old Admiralty Building, The Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Downing Street, and Christies.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Marketing Assistant to join our clients marketing team. If you are looking to start a career in marketing and are proactive, tenacious, and adaptable, then this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Some of the duties will include:

• To promote the companies range of services by developing and executing a clear marketing plan
• Write, edit and proofread marketing material for use in different channels.
• Create sales leads using a variety of mediums from email campaigns and newsletters to trade shows and supporting on tenders
• Developing governance and update policies/documents to up to date with regulatory requirements.
• Raising brand awareness
• Main point of contact for marketing suppliers and managing the marketing budget
• Proposing updates on the company website and engaging with their web team.
• Identify and organise company events.
• Create case studies and job sheets.
• Detailed reporting on monthly activity

• Ability to succesfuly market B2B services.
• Excellent attention to detail
• Can design and promote marketing and sales materials
• Able to manage suppliers and agencies
• Ability to work to deadlines, prioritise and multi-task
• Worked on changing and improving a website
• Can work flexibly, both independently and in a team
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in generating and passing on leads
• Good standard of literacy

Work Location: Battersea, London

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
