You will have the opportunity to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need, helping them maintain their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

No experience is necessary as long as you have a passion for providing the best possible care for our clients.

You will be supporting clients in our residential homes in Bournemouth, working with older people and people living with additional needs. You should have a compassionate, empathetic nature and be passionate about caring for people. You will be a strong team player with a positive attitude and a flexible approach. Competent IT skills are desirable with the ability to keep accurate records.
