The role

We are recruiting a motivated and committed professional to join our Customer Advisory team operating across EMEA, working within a dynamic team of professionals.

With a focus on achieving an outstanding customer experience, the role of the Customer Advisory Consultant is to provide a professional application-level support service to Customers globally, using telephone, email and remote assistance. This support will encompass advice and guidance across all aspects of the product.

As a Customer Advisory Consultant at Tribal, you will support our Further Education and Work-Based Learning customers through a collaborative approach, ensuring a successful outcome for them and growth for all.

This role requires being actively involved in all aspects of Tribal’s existing customer base across a highly valued part of the business. It needs a proactive approach, dealing with all our customers effectively, efficiently and to the highest standards possible.

The person

You will have practical experience working with customers, preferably within a further education context

You will have a practical understanding of EBS further education SIS/MIS

You will put the customer first in all your dealings, and be able to provide knowledge, empathy and a proactive approach to creating a pragmatic solution

Experience working with a high volume of customer queries & requests; managing these in a timely and effective manner

Maintain high administrative standards for record keeping both for internal and external customer needs; in line with ISO & GDPR standards

A highly organised individual; with a maintenance for quality standards
