Fashion Sales & Marketing Assistant

An opportunity for an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our award winning established Evening Wear brand, with multiple retail sales Chanels. Due to ongoing expansion we are now looking for the right person to join our office team based out of our new Stoke On Trent Based Head Quarters.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will be responsible for accurately logging and entering products & channel data, and thereafter co-ordinate orders, promotions, and assist with marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data entry and administrative roles & building relationships with third party vendors and B2B accounts & sales.

The individual will ideally have a demonstrable passion to work within the fashion industry. Experience in this field would be advantageous.

Main Administration Duties

Collating & processing product content data into software packages for loading into our internal systems.

Maintaining / updating existing products and product inventory.

Creating relationships to increase sales & customer service experience.

Updating numerous cost and retail price databases.

Working directly with clients and management to request, format and structure data.

Manage & respond to inbound customer service queries and calls & process customer orders.

To attend industry exhibitions as required to promote new collections and build customer relations and sales

Provide a high level of customer service.

Trouble shooting and error fixing.

Key Essential Skills / Experience:

Excellent PC skills & highly proficient in Excel.

Ability to communicate with brands / suppliers and organise large volumes of data.

Fast & accurate data entry processing.

High attention to detail & extremely accurate. Work with limited guidance.

Good interpersonal skills.

Excellent level of literacy and written communication skills.

You should be a highly computer literate individual with an analytical mind.
