Position Overview & Specifications

We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to work in our home user focused computer repair business. The successful candidates will carry out a wide range of hardware repairs including:

PSU replacements
Screen replacements
SSD installs
Other basic hardware repairs
Diagnosing fault of computers

What does this look like?

You will collect the device from the customers house at an arranged time convenient for you both.
£50 set fee per repair including collecting and returning the device.
Parts charged as extra
Expected turnaround time 72hours, excluding parts.

Work will be on a flexible basis as and when in line with customer requirements.

Job Type: Zero hours contract

Salary: £50.00 per hour
