Bespoke Kitchen Designer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our design department and work as part of our growing kitchen design team. The role will suit someone who is creative and enthusiastic, converses easily, has good organisation and a keen eye to detail, along with a passion for interiors and lifestyle.

Position Responsibilities:

● Customer-centric and able to build relationships quickly.

● Design and Sale of Kitchens (AOV £15-45k).

● Ability to read and understand Architect plans.

● Understand regulations.

● Ability to design the concept to completion.

● Flexible to continue learning.

● Well presented.

● Driven to succeed.

● Understands how to sell our brand.

● This is an office based position

● The role will require Saturday working (Once per month).

About You

● Ideally you will have previous experience designing kitchens.

● Previous experience in Autokitchen would be beneficial - but not essential.

● Innovative with plenty of initiative.

● Hands on, dynamic, bold and energetic.

● Excellent organisation with good time management and the ability to juggle multiple customers.

● Commutable to Northamptonshire or willing to relocate.

● Ability to prioritise and multitask a variety of projects.

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Strong time management with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00 per year
