Position Overview & Specifications
The primary responsibility of the post-holder is to support the provision of modelmaking within the workshop, including three-dimensional construction projects using Card/Paper, Wood, Plastics, Additive Manufacturing and Moulding and Casting materials.
The post-holder will be based in the B.15 Modelmaking workshop spaces as part of Manchester School of Architecture. Increasing the technical support provision within the workshops, working closely with the in-post Technical / workshop staff.
Candidates should provide a portfolio of past works as a 10 page PDF document. This should include a range of examples of relevant modelmaking work and should be emailed to scott.miller@manchester.ac.uk in addition to this application.
