Having recently been listed within the Michelin Guide & being named 66th on Estrella's Top 100 Gastro Pubs. We are looking for the people to help us grow.

We don’t believe that good food should just be for the rich and famous. Our aim is to create a special experience for customers that brings the traditions of a classic British Public House whilst putting a contemporary twist on quality seasonal food and drink.

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who want to grow within the hospitality industry! We require someone who has worked within a full-service restaurant. Other characteristics we are looking for are:

We are serving modern British cuisine with a twist! All our food is freshly cooked on site. Our menu changes often, with the seasons, and we get our produce from some of the best suppliers locally or within the UK. Our drinks range is small but eclectic offering beers, ales, wines and cocktails.

Job Spec

- Build an extensive product knowledge.

- Maintain all company standards using the correct systems.

- Serve customers, meet & greet, problem solve.

- Sell the right product to the right people.

- Uphold all health & safety policies, government laws & legislations.

- Wear correct uniform.

- Attend all training sessions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £9.00-£15.00 per hour
