Bar Staff

The Royal Oak is a traditional English pub, one of our three venues in the vibrant Earlsdon suburb of Coventry.

We are a great venue to work and progress within, as we pride ourselves on employing and training to the highest standard, and you will be working alongside a supportive and hard-working team.

We have a great reputation amongst both our customers and staff as a fantastic local pub with table service, a sunny dog-friendly beer garden and top quality ales, wines, spirits & soft drinks.

We’re looking for a few friendly, hard-working candidates who will enjoy chatting to, serving, and looking after our regulars, and pride themselves on a passion for being welcoming and knowledgable about what we offer.

No previous experience is needed as full training will be given, however, due to the nature of the trade the following is preferred where possible:

* 1 year of experience working in a pub / bar / restaurant / cafe
* You need to be able to work Friday / Saturday evenings and at least one weeknight shift
* Minimum weekly hours are 15 per week, but more are available for the right candidate, especially if they are willing to be flexible and work across our three sites

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15-30 per week

Salary: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
