Graduate Social Media Manager

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Experience managing social media accounts, including creating and scheduling content, monitoring and responding to comments and messages
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and the ability to analyse and interpret data
• A social media native with knowledge of social media trends and the ability to surface learnings and insights to share with the wider agency team and clients
• Knowledge of marketing principles (ideally part of graduate studies) with an awareness of brands, proposition, promotion, customer & target audience segmentation, and the role of social media and channel marketing in a commercial context
• An interest in B2B marketing, and how social media can help to drive awareness within a market, drive engagement and consideration, and ultimately generate new business leads for an organisation

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative and strategic thinking skills, with an eye for engaging content and basic knowledge of multi-platform content strategy
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain high-quality standards for all social media content.
