Food and Beverage Team Member

Squirrel Hotels is a family-owned company including four hotels, two in the North of England, one in the Lake District and one in the Forest of Dean.

The Morritt Hotel & Garage Spa are looking for Food and Beverage Team Members to join our team. We have a variety of roles and contracts across Breakfast Shifts, Function Shifts and Restaurant depending on your availability.

For many years the Morritt Hotel has been a favourite stopping place for travellers. We offer all the comfort you would expect from a country house hotel and lots of added extras such as our award winning spa and two Rosette Restaurant. We also pride ourselves on being one of the best loved romantic wedding venues in North East England.

At The Morritt, you will be a key part of the team delivering excellent service across all our F&B offerings, including fabulous weddings, our Rosette award wining Gilroy's Restaurant and our famous Dicken's bar.

Our current pay structure is very competitive, you will start on £6.83 for a 16 or 17 year old, £9.18 for a 18 - 20 year old, and 21 years or above £9.75.

You will need to be flexible for this role, as you will be required to work across all shifts, which includes weekends, early and late shifts.

Experience in a similar role would be beneficial but not essential.

20 hours per week minimum contracted role, with overtime opportunities meaning much of the year you will be able to work 30-45 hours per week.
