The Company:

Influence Sports & Media is a leading London-based sponsorship, communications and marketing agency and part of the Mission Group of agencies. We work for global brands and rights holders, with a particular focus on motorsport, sailing and pro cycling.
In addition to offering traditional marketing and communications services, our in-house Content & Production Team creates digital content for our clients.
We want to grow this offering in 2023 and are looking for someone to help us create more engaging content with expertise in Motion Graphics and Graphic Design.
Role:
We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Motion & Graphic Designer, who can be involved from the very start of a project, brainstorming ideas and work up creative concepts. You’ll have an outstanding balance of working within a supportive team but also having plenty of autonomy to work your own magic.

Motion Graphics: We tell a variety of stories within some very unique areas of sport. You will be a part of creating insightful and engaging videos for a large target audience. Much of our work involves visually representing complex ideas and science, so the ideal candidate will grasp complex topics and make them come alive on screen.
Graphic Design: For a variety of clients we have a requirement for promotional graphics for sporting events, brands and rights holders. This may be event or experiential branding, presentations, product or corporate branding. As we work across sport, this will include venue and team design and commercial partnership branding.

Requirements:
  • Understand how to optimise class leading content (both moving and static) to engage audiences across multiple digital platforms
  • Advanced Mac and Adobe Creative Suite skills, including and not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva and InDesign
  • Advanced knowledge in creating thumbnails, stings, intros and outros for episodic content + animated text, diagrams and infographics for visual explainers
  • Be big on ideas - understanding a brief quickly and promptly turning it into a visual reality
  • Deliver a wide range of styles and approaches, showing creative flair and originality without relying on direction
  • Have experience working in the post-production environment and an understanding of all post-production processes
  • Attention to detail and consistency throughout the production process. Ability to create to the best of your ability every-time while adhering to brand guidelines
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and working under pressure across a range of projects to meet tight deadlines
  • Keep project files and folders well organised
  • Able to operate well in a team environment combined with the ability to function independently.
